Beneath

A series of experiments based on previous weeks works.

Her is an extension of the mirror and projection experiment that created a kaleidoscope effect. The round mirror cropped and warped the projection. Mirrored and distorted, experimenting with how representations of things change along the way.

The Humming Eyes, a series of closed eyes, blinking every now and then. While editing the documentation video for Her, I heard some low humming voices occasionally and thought of creating a audio collage by collecting all sorts of humming sound. (the sound was recorded, it is part of the video projection)

A collage. Currently researching on fiction, reality and identity. 'You' was a reflection of one of the studies, stating that the modern man does not see fiction as a window through which he can perceive reality through the visionary eyes of the artist, but only a narcissistic mirror in which he sees only images of himself and his own ideas.

Without the model, I tried to enhance the textile effect of the series of photographs. Beneath Her Veil. (The sound was recorded, sound of the space when it was set-up)
